Bill's Instructions: Ceate an XOR mask from the script available here. Create an object from a copy of the mask.Start Cutting Edge F/X, choose the Inlay F/X, using the default settings and apply using the Copy of object as new image option. Go back to the original XOR mask image and Undo once to restore the mask. Invert the mask and again create an object from a copy of the mask. Run the Inlay effect from CEF/X, but this time change the base color. Again, select the Copy of object as new image option. Drag the results from the second CEF/X Inlay effect to the first and align the objects. The extra border is created by using the CEF/X Deckledge effect on a 400x400 pixel white image. Mask all but the edge, copy the edge to the Clipboard, and paste as new object. Apply the Inlay effect once again at default settings.

It's very easy! I've included the XOR mask as a script so anyone with Cutting Edge F/X for PHOTO-PAINT 9 can choose their own F/X. I tried almost all of the effects using this XOR mask and came up with some beautiful designs. I spent less than 30 minutes creating my Inlay design. Great program! A must for all PHOTO-PAINT 9 users.
