This image was created using Cutting Edge F/X for Photo-Paint 9. First, Freeze 2 was applied to the COLD text. Next Snowcap was applied to the Freeze 2 results. The images were grouped and placed over a Corel stock photo background. A duplicate of the effects group was mirrored below and the Photo-Paint 9 Pond Ripple effect was applied.
