Morph Between Jalie 2005 and KwikSew 2694

Front crossover section

I started by tracing my full-bust adjusted Jalie 2005 front. Next, I laid the tracing over the KS front crossover pattern piece and eyeballed what I thought was the best position for the two to meet and then traced the KS piece over the Jalie tracing. I added a 1/2" seam allowance at the bottom because my sew-out of the KS tee told me I needed a bit more room underbust than the KS pattern piece allows. Since this pattern would cover more "real estate" than the unaltered KS pattern, I added a 1/2" to each crossover at the center front, tapering to zero at the shoulder since the KS shoulder was already wider than my own shoulder. I also moved the notch for lining up the crossover pieces to my center front. It's hard to distinguish in these photos, but my changes from the J and KS tracings are drawn in red.

front under section

Before cutting the crossover section apart, I traced the lower front section, including a 1/2" seam allowance where this piece joins the crossover. This seam allowance, plus the one added to the crossover piece, gives me an additional inch of underbust room. It's hard to tell in the photos for the original KS tee, but I definitely needed this extra inch.

back

This is my actual tracing of the back Jalie piece, with the KS neckline notch added by sliding another section of tracing paper underneath the neckline area. The armhole adjustment you see was done for my Jalie tee and I used it for this morph too.
