TIP #2: Meshing Around

a. Open PHOTO-PAINT 8 and create a new RGB image, 300x300 pixels, 96 pixels per inch (dpi). Open the Object Docker (Ctrl+F7) and be sure that Lock Transparency is unchecked. Click the New Layer button at the bottom of the Object Docker.

b. Select the Brush tool and from the Property Bar, select the nib shown in Figure 1. It is located at the bottom of the default nibs file.


	c. Doubleclick the Brush tool to open the Tool Settings rollup (Ctrl+ F8). Configure the Brush settings as shown in Figure 2, Figure 3, and Figure 4. Then click on the Orbits tab of this Tool Settings rollup to be sure Enable Orbits is unchecked.
